My heartfelt calling is to provide support to women and caregivers, especially those tending to the needs of individuals with disabilities. Women, often the nurturing pillars of their families, frequently prioritize the well-being of others above their own. Similarly, parents and caregivers of individuals with special needs often find themselves neglecting their own health amidst their dedicated care.

Coaching sessions are available via Zoom, phone, or in person in my peaceful office in the Willamette Valley area of Oregon. I offer a nature-infused space that promotes calmness. Each session is tailored to your goals, covering topics such as self-care, stress reduction, healthy eating, actionable steps towards goals, breath work, journaling, and meditation and more.
As a Reiki practitioner, I offer healing sessions in person at my peaceful location, in the privacy of your home, or via Zoom. My serene space is designed to nurture you, calm the nervous system, and enhance the powerful healing effects of Reiki.
Tula means and embodies balance. During our time together, we will explore your unique interpretation of balance in mind, body, and spirit, while acknowledging the continuous quest to uphold it.
