I am a health coach and a life coach, but I like to call it holistic wellness coaching. A holistic approach looks at all aspects of the individual—physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, with the belief that everything is connected. I love to listen and teach you to listen to hear your own thoughts and your own body. I help you explore ways to honor that inner wisdom.
Many of us have had a space where stress, health issues, and enormous changes have impacted our lives. In that space we are frozen, we may continue on, but find that we cannot actually heal. We don't trust ourselves and we don't trust the world around us. Our bodies are often unable to relax and ongoing stress keeps us from finding the healing we truly need.
