Healing and wellness at Finding Tula are rooted in nurturing your whole self—mind, body, and spirit—through gentle, heart‑centered support. I offer personalized holistic wellness coaching that meets you where you are, helping you explore your goals, reduce stress, and create meaningful shifts that align with your values and daily life.
Together, we may integrate tools such as meditation, breathwork, journaling, and at times tarot spreads (including yearly or monthly card foundations) to deepen self‑reflection and insight.
